back from taiwan and alive! :D
seriously, there was this one day my family thought we’d literally not make it because of the earthquake, HAHA oh i must tell you what happened!there was one night where there was an earthquake in TaoYuan (its okay, the name baffles me too)
we just left Tao Yuan the day before and were quite close by.
we were staying on the 11th floor of the hotel and felt the tremors, like REALLY FELT.
it was quite er ..heavy? strong? :\
i was quite excited because i’ve secretly always wanted to experience an earthquake.
thinking back, i remember the only thing on my mind was “woah, earthquake cool!” HAHAHA.
my mum was showering and she rushed out, and my sis and i just stared at each other in half horror and half excitement.
we started to panic, and were thinking of running out of the hotel.
we got ready and saw the others were getting ready too.
but then, the funniest thing happened.
just before we left, i told my mum that we probably have to take the stairs to be safe.
then when my mum thought of all the stairs she had to climb, she changed her mind.
she sat down and switched on the television instead.
